Asset Module Tabs
Module data models and how they are structured
The Asset module has two tabs, “Assets” and “Reviews”.
The “Asset” tab is the parent tab and place where your Assets main attributes will be kept. Each asset has a shortcut to its “review” records; you can see the number of reviews next to the title of the document.
Clicking on the number will provide a direct link to the “Review” tab with a filter that shows all reviews linked to that particular Asset.
Each Asset will have one or more review records attached. These review records contain the latest document content and version.
The key fields in a review record are:
- Planned Date: when the review record is meant to be completed.
- Actual Date: when you completed the review. If this field is empty, that indicates the review is incomplete.
- Description: relevant notes for the review.
